Do you struggle with kids typing in web addresses and finding sites you assign to them? In a primary classroom one of the biggest challenges students’ face is accessing information. QR codes are an excellent way to combat that challenge. In this session Mia will walk you through everything from creation to management. Participants will learn how to dramatically increase student engagement and create fun and interactive learning experiences using QR codes. Mia will show you examples of how her kindergarten students use QR codes for various activities such as listening to reading for fluency, completing do nows and exit slips, math scavenger hunts, end of unit performance task, and accessing information for research projects.
